1. About the Platform
toshkent.casa is an online real estate listing platform operating in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. We connect property sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants with verified real estate agents. The platform is operated by toshkent.casa ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan to use this platform. By using toshkent.casa, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. User Accounts and Listings
Agents and property owners may post listings on the platform via our Telegram bot or web form. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information in your listings, including property descriptions, photos, prices, and contact details. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or our listing requirements.
4. Listing Requirements
All listings must include: a minimum of 5 real photographs of the property, an accurate price in USD, a valid district from our directory, property details (area, floor, number of rooms), and a working phone number. Listings with fake photos, misleading prices, or inaccurate information will be removed.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: post fraudulent or misleading listings; impersonate another person or agent; use the platform for any illegal purpose; scrape, crawl, or collect data from the platform without permission; interfere with the platform's operation or security; post duplicate listings for the same property.
6. Verification and Moderation
We review listings and verify agent credentials to maintain quality. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing or the reliability of any agent. You should independently verify property details, legal status, and agent credentials before entering into any transaction.
7. No Transaction Guarantee
toshkent.casa is a listing and connection platform. We are not a party to any real estate transaction between users. We do not guarantee the completion, legality, or outcome of any transaction. All agreements are between the buyer/tenant and the seller/landlord or their agent.
8. Intellectual Property
The toshkent.casa name, logo, design, and original content are our property. User-submitted listing content (photos, descriptions) remains the property of the submitting user, but by posting on our platform you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote that content on toshkent.casa and associated channels.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, toshkent.casa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, reliance on listing information, or any transaction with another user.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts of Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
